Full or Part time Optometrist, Monday to Friday – Norwich, Norfolk. My Client, one of the leading Domiciliary Companies, is looking to recruit a full or part time Optometrist for Norwich and surrounding areas, and will offer flexibility to work around family and other commitments. This is a Monday to Friday role; no weekends are required, and the schedule will be flexible.
Responsibilities
- Visit patients in their own homes to carry out a full clinical test and dispense optical aids.
- Travel to various locations from your postal address, expected to see 6–7 patients per day.
- Use the latest mobile technology, including portable digital fundus cameras, mobile slit lamp, I‑care tonometer and an industry‑leading digital records system, which enables full support or a second opinion from the senior optometrist team at the Head Office.
Qualifications
- Must have a sympathetic approach and empathy, as many patients will be elderly and frail.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile optometry practice.
