One of the UK’s leading providers of optical care at home is searching for entrepreneurial optometrists to partner with us – combining your ambition to deliver life‑changing care and our award‑winning support to help you build and grow your own optometry business.
Driven by the belief that clinically excellent eye care should be accessible and affordable for all, we deliver a life‑changing service across the UK, supporting the NHS to provide vital eye care to people who may struggle to get to the high‑street unaided.
We are transforming our business to provide an even better service to our patients by introducing a Joint Venture Partnership package.
The Opportunity
As a joint‑venture partner in South Wales you will be free to do what you do best, visiting patients in their homes in various settings – private homes, care homes or sheltered accommodation. You will have access to industry‑leading equipment to help you perform quality eye care, ensuring that the most vulnerable in our society are not left behind.
Partners have access to a steady flow of patients and the flexibility to manage their day. This freedom allows you to be out and about rather than tied to a testing room all the time. In addition, being a partner lets you use your clinical expertise and develop further through our industry‑leading professional development programme.
Our partnerships are open to all optometrists, wherever they are in their journey. If you are a patient‑centred individual passionate about delivering eye care to those who most need our help, this could be an opportunity for you.
