General cleaning General removing of rubbish Being on-site as the main point of contact for construction/contractors. Main point of contact for any emergencies. Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal English) is vital for this role as you will be liasing with tenants. Qualifications OR Experience Required: Housing background is preferred but not essential Enhanced DBS required – We can complete the application at cost value Ability to commute effectively (driving preferred but not essential) Ability to cope with physical demands of the role
