Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified PAT & Fixed Wire Tester to join our team, working night shifts across commercial sites. This role involves carrying out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and Fixed Wire Testing (EICR), ensuring full compliance with current electrical regulations and maintaining high standards of safety and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
- Fixed Wire Testing (EICR)
- Minor remedial repairs where required
- Accurate reporting and certification
- Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations
- Work collectively with the team to ensure both department and personal KPIs are achieved.
Experience Required:
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- City & Guilds 2377 PAT Testing
- Experience carrying out both PAT and Fixed Wire Testing
- Strong understanding of current electrical regulations
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Good organisational and reporting skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
