Independently owned hotel is looking for friendly, professional, and guest‑focused individuals to join our Front of House team. This role combines the warm, personal service of an independent property with the fast pace of restaurant and hotel dining. You’ll be engaging with guests throughout their stay and delivering exceptional service across breakfast, bar, restaurant, events, and private dining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests and delivering attentive, personalised service
  • Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
  • Serving meals and beverages across restaurant, bar, lounge, and terrace areas
  • Assisting with guest enquiries, providing recommendations, and enhancing the guest experience
  • Preparing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service flow
  • Handling payments, billing, and till operations
  • Supporting reception and hotel teams when needed to ensure seamless guest service
  • Ensuring the dining areas always reflect the hotel’s style and standards
What We’re Looking For
  • A warm, welcoming personality with a passion for hospitality
  • Experience as a waiter/waitress or Front of House staff (hotel experience a bonus)
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Ability to work well during busy shifts and under pressure
