This position of Catering Manager will require working in a variety of primary and secondary schools in the Solihull area. Working as part of the catering team, you will be responsible for preparing well-balanced and appetising meals as well as managing the team.

  • Prepare and cook lunch for the students.
  • Oversee food production and cooking.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Order and manage food supplies to ensure the availability of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Adapt menus to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimise waste.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and report any issues for repair.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
