Our client is an retail & event design agency that leads with passion and innovation and looking to hire a Studio/Project Administrator to work for this amazing design studio bursting with ideas & creativity.
A leader in the production of bespoke scenery for retail displays and exhibitions this business is going through a rapid period of growth and are looking for a talented Project Administrator to organise the manufacture and delivery of parts for bespoke retail, events, exhibitions or interiors.
As an administrator & Project Co-Ordinator you will receive job briefs from the project team and ensure they are understood and scheduled, liaising with the Project team where necessary.
You will be responsible for reviewing and communicating job briefs to the installation team, taking customer enquires over the phone and ensuring all relevant information is entered onto company databases correctly.
The ideal candidate will have experience project managing/administering retail, design, graphics or event installations, ideally within a creative agency setting.
Please note that this role is full time studio based.
