An award-winning retail design agency is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong experience across retail environments, brand experience and consumer-facing design. Working with leading brands across fashion, sport, culture and technology, you’ll develop ideas that live across physical spaces, digital touchpoints and wider brand communications.

This is a creatively driven role for someone who can take a brief, shape the concept and carry it through to final delivery. You’ll work across retail campaigns, experiential activations, in-store graphics, wayfinding, visual merchandising, digital content and brand communications. The role will also involve art directing still and motion content, building graphic systems and toolkits, and presenting ideas confidently to clients.

You’ll be working closely with the wider creative, strategy, account and production teams, as well as photographers, DOPs, editors, retouchers and print suppliers. You’ll be a senior-level designer / creative lead with around eight years’ experience and a portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking, creative craft and a genuine understanding of how brands come to life in retail environments.

You should bring:

  • Strong retail, experiential or environmental design experience
  • Excellent conceptual, graphic and art-direction skills
  • Confidence working across print, digital, motion and physical spaces
  • Experience in presenting to clients and mentoring junior designers
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Miro skills
