We are working with a client who is looking to implement a new creative Digital Asset Management System for all their brands. As a result, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their in-house creative team on an initial 1 year contract (with the plan to go permanent after that) to oversee the migration, management, optimisation, and ongoing development of the new brand portal, Digital Asset Management system, and asset creation platform.
This role is critical in ensuring brand consistency, operational efficiency, and seamless access to marketing assets across a complex, multi-brand organisation. You will act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders, working closely with the platform supplier and the digital design team to ensure that all assets meet brand guidelines and compliance requirements and are uploaded to the portal in a correct and timely manner.
You will also establish and enforce Digital Asset Management best practices, managing platform and brand guideline updates, providing training to stakeholders where needed, and generally managing portal optimisation and efficiency.
This role would suit a project manager with a strong creative project background, ideally someone who has experience in managing digital assets and brand portals. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised and a real people person, someone who is a proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
