We’re working with a creatively driven brand experience and events agency that partners with global brands to deliver insight-led experiences across live, integrated and immersive environments, with a strong focus on both B2B and consumer audiences.
They’re looking for an experienced Project Director to join the team in a senior leadership role, taking ownership of major client programmes while acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout the project lifecycle.
This position would suit someone with a strong client services background who excels at building long-term relationships, leading complex conversations with senior stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from brief through to execution.
You'll combine commercial awareness, strategic thinking and operational excellence, acting as the key link between clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
Working closely with creative, production and delivery teams, you'll oversee multiple projects and programmes simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard.
You'll be responsible for managing client expectations, identifying opportunities for growth, nurturing accounts and helping shape the agency's future partnerships.
The agency is particularly keen to speak with individuals who have strong experience within B2B events, exhibitions, experiential marketing or brand experience environments, alongside a proven track record of managing senior client relationships and leading large-scale programmes from concept through to delivery.
The ideal candidate will come from an experiential, events, integrated or brand experience agency background and be comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level.
Strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex projects are essential.
