Their portfolio spans luxury private residences, yachts, hotels, bars, restaurants, and the studio brings together a diverse and exceptionally talented team of interior architects, designers, and creatives from around the world.
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled FF&E Associate to lead the organisation and operations of their FF&E department. Reporting to the Design Director and Founder, this role carries full autonomy to structure and optimise departmental processes and elevate project delivery. The successful candidate will cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and artisans, oversee installation alongside project teams, and ensure all FF&E meets relevant UK and international compliance standards, including marine or aircraft requirements when needed.
Applicants should have over 10 years of FF&E experience, largely within high-end hospitality, alongside proven delivery of luxury residential projects and at least 3 years of team or departmental leadership. Strong market knowledge, a full understanding of the FF&E lifecycle, expertise in bespoke fabrication, proficiency in key industry software, and excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
