I’m working with a really strong branding agency with beautiful studios and a heavy focus on retail and environmental design, and they’re looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer to join the team. This is a great role for someone with solid experience in retail communications who’s ready to step up and take on more responsibility.

You’ll be designing work that lives in the real world: in-store comms, POS, window campaigns, environmental graphics, plus supporting digital assets and brand identity work. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and wider team, partnering with strategy and insight to translate brand thinking into clear, commercially effective creative that connects with customers at every touchpoint.

You’ll be involved end-to-end: from concept through to final artwork, with a real focus on craft, consistency, and detail across physical retail environments. Your portfolio should show strong retail, POS, and environmental work. You’ll be comfortable running your own projects, interpreting briefs, and collaborating closely with designers, artworkers, and creatives.

Motion or animation experience (simple transitions, social assets, in-store screens) is a bonus, but not essential. A brilliant opportunity to join a design-led studio producing high-profile retail work, where your ideas and execution will be genuinely visible and tangible. If this sounds like you, let’s have a chat.
