We are delighted to collaborate with our client in the search for an innovative Senior Interior Designer to join their expanding team. This studio is dedicated to creating unique, eclectic interiors that not only align with the client’s vision but also harmonise with the surrounding architecture and environment. With years of experience and award-nominated projects for both the hospitality industry and private clients, their work has gained well-deserved recognition in the design world.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated individual with expertise in luxury hospitality design, strong leadership qualities, and excellent project management abilities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, a proven ability to juggle multiple projects, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage large-scale hotel projects, from initial concept through to completion, ensuring a seamless design process.
- Oversee and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to junior designers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and contractors.
- Contribute to innovative and creative solutions for project challenges.
- 7+ years of experience in high-end hospitality design, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects such as manor houses.
- Expertise in design software such as Photoshop, AutoCAD, InDesign, Excel, and SketchUp. Strong hand-sketching abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in design project management, including guiding teams and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Ability to clearly communicate design concepts, whether through hand-drawn sketches or digital presentations.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Creative, solution-driven approach, with a strong passion for design excellence.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and open to travel as required.
