We’re working with a prestigious London interior design studio renowned for its luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects worldwide. As their business continues to grow, they are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join their expanding team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll take full ownership of multiple projects—from initial concept through to on-site delivery. You’ll lead design development, manage documentation, and ensure seamless coordination across all stages. As a senior member of the team, you’ll be client-facing and responsible for guiding junior designers, so proven leadership experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of high-end hospitality projects, including restaurants, bars and hotels.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, clients and external consultants to bring design visions to life.
  • Produce comprehensive design documentation, from concept through to construction detailing.
  • Oversee on-site implementation, maintaining design integrity throughout.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience leading hospitality interiors, particularly in F&B sectors.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Confident in client-facing and team leadership roles.
