A prestigious and internationally acclaimed interior design studio based in London is seeking a talented Senior FF&E Designer to join its dynamic and creative team. Known for delivering refined, high-end hospitality interiors, the studio is recognised for its innovation, elegance, and exceptional attention to detail.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced designer with a strong affinity for luxury aesthetics and a deep understanding of FF&E to contribute to award-winning global projects in the hospitality sector.
As a Senior FF&E Designer, you will take ownership of the entire FF&E process from initial concept through to final installation. Your responsibilities will include developing and presenting cohesive design concepts, curating mood boards and material palettes, and preparing comprehensive specifications and documentation. You will be expected to manage timelines and budgets, ensuring that all elements of the FF&E programme align with the project\’s overall vision and are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
You will also work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to coordinate the sourcing, production, and delivery of FF&E items. Attention to detail and a strong sense of design integrity are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with a portfolio that includes high-end hotels, restaurants, or bars. You will bring a high level of creativity and conceptual thinking, alongside proven experience in leading FF&E work from start to finish. Strong project management skills are essential, particularly in relation to budget control, scheduling, and team coordination. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also key, as the role requires regular interaction with both internal colleagues and external partners.
