A Retail Design Firm in the Hertfordshire area are after an Architect to add to their growing team to work on their projects on-site, from home, and in the studio 3 times per week. They design in retail environments and therefore you will be part of their 3D and Architectural team, designing for international brands and local retailers.
Autocad proficiency is required, and experience working on large format retail projects in architecture is necessary, along with an understanding of UK building standards, rules and regulations, and the ability to sign off on projects and mediate with suppliers and other contractors to get the job done from concept to completion. You also need to be ARB Registered for this role and a properly qualified architect.
A car is needed for this role to get to their offices and go anywhere on-site.
