A Design, Build, and Manufacturing studio in Retail Designs is seeking a strong Retail Project Manager (up to £50k p/a) as well as a Luxury Retail Senior Project Manager (up to £60k p/a) to help manage POS/POP projects that must be built to be shipped off, on budget and on-time so they can be delivered to the client's stores.
Working mainly with retailers in the Beauty and Health sectors, you will be working for massive companies and brands across the UK, while the Luxury PM at a more Senior level will be working with high-end brands in Selfridges.
A large organization that keeps growing in such uncertain times, as they build up to 100 projects for delivery per month, and you will be very much at the coalface of getting these done with quick turn-arounds.
Your role will be picking up the conceptual designs and making sure the technical team make the designs ready for build, working with various materials such as wood, laminate and acrylic, depending on the build needs for the design.
You will be someone who has strong Technical Project Co-ordination skills in Retail 3D Design and Build; those who don’t have this experience need not apply, and being in 5 days per week or being able to visit suppliers or contractors (for a day out) is a must as well. While having some Fabrication knowledge of Retail Built design is more or less a minimum for this role.
