Our client is a specialist within immersive exhibitions, museums, attractions, and theme parks, so experience in this sector is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior QS who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, client interaction, and working on fast-paced projects within a close-knit and supportive team. The role also offers excellent prospects for career progression.
You will take full ownership of your projects, running them day-to-day from initial inception through to successful completion. Experience with full delivery of cost management services from inception stage through to completion administering contracts (primarily JCT suite) is required. Representing the business professionally in client, contractor, and design team meetings with travel to project sites across the UK and Europe will also be necessary.
It’s essential that you have at least 6+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and a strong background in fast-paced, high-volume fit-out projects (ranging from £100K to £7 Million) delivering immersive exhibitions, museums, attractions, theme parks, and branded destinations.
