We are seeking an organised and creative videographer to join an in-house Creative Team in West Essex. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Creative to produce engaging video content for various platforms, Amazon, and social media.

In this position, you will be responsible for producing engaging, on-brand video content to enhance the marketability of our products. You will create and develop a variety of visual content for our craft projects, plan shoots, and contribute to developing concepts and clips. After filming, you will edit footage during post-production and help maintain an organised digital asset filing system. Working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams, you will ensure that all video content meets the project briefs.
We are looking for someone with proven in-house experience, particularly in filming and editing high-quality videos within deadlines. A strong understanding of shooting tethered in a studio environment using Canon cameras and lighting equipment is essential, along with expert knowledge of post-production video editing software like Premiere Pro. Familiarity with editing software such as Photoshop and After Effects is also required.
You should be a creative and commercially-minded individual with a proactive attitude, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a keen eye for detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial. Additionally, strong photography skills would be advantageous for capturing still images as needed.
