This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced PA with additional Business Administration skills to join its thriving office on a permanent basis.

The role will be very broad but will primarily involve supporting the company Directors across the business, providing admin support, diary and travel management, taking meeting notes, as well as supporting the finance team with bookkeeping.

You will also help ensure that all permits, passes and other paperwork such as RAM’s etc are in place for the installation teams to do their jobs in a timely manner.

They are looking for an experienced PA/Administrator who is happy to help establish and implement effective agency wide processes and project governance guidelines to ensure that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis and people work in a cohesive, happy way.

Applicants must be dynamic, highly organised, excellent communicators, good negotiators, and available for a quick start. A solid PA/Business Administration background, ideally within a construction or graphics environment, is desirable and full knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Due to the nature of the role you will be required to be office based 5 days a week. Free onsite parking is available.
