We are working with a leading, London based, luxury retail design agency to help them find a Studio/Office Manager. This is an office based role that offers no hybrid working. This is a key support role in ensuring that the agency functions in a smooth way on a daily basis and the scope of the role is broad.
You will provide operational support, communicating with suppliers, scheduling meetings, meeting and greeting visitors, helping with project administration and ordering daily office supplies through to managing expenses and petty cash and basic HR duties. You will also help maintain the agency's social media presence and regularly update their website. Essentially, you will be the go to person with regards to anything that is happening within the agency.
This is an exciting opportunity and requires an individual with a strong admin and finance support background, someone who is quick and keen to learn, is enthusiastic, has the skills to multi-task and is a real people person. If you have all the skills outlined above and a couple of years’ experience within a similar creative environment then we are keen to hear from you.
