Working closely with the Managing Director, this is a key role within the business, focused on identifying new opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and helping shape the agency’s growth strategy across experiential, retail environments, POSM, retail displays, and wider in-store communications.

The role will involve taking a strategic view of how the business positions itself within the market, identifying areas for expansion, and leading conversations with both existing and prospective clients.

You’ll also play a central role in managing pitches and proposals, working alongside an established marketing team and an impressive in-house creative and production department to deliver compelling new business collateral.

They’re looking for someone with a proven agency-side background and strong experience selling creative solutions across experiential, retail displays, POS, shopper marketing, branded environments, and retail hierarchy systems.
