Senior Account Manager - Brand / Retail in Manchester

We’re working with an established creative agency looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its client services team in Manchester, working across retail environments, brand campaigns and lifestyle clients.

You’ll take the lead on the day-to-day running of key accounts, building strong client relationships and managing projects from initial brief through to final delivery.

The work will span retail spaces, in-store campaigns, physical brand touchpoints and wider integrated marketing activity.

You’ll work closely with creative, production and studio teams, keeping projects moving, managing expectations and ensuring the work is delivered to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day relationships with lifestyle and consumer brands
• Leading retail, brand and campaign projects from brief to delivery
• Developing clear briefs and coordinating client feedback
• Managing timelines, budgets, approvals and production requirements
• Working closely with creative, production and studio teams
• Overseeing work across in-store, physical and wider brand touchpoints
• Identifying issues early and keeping projects on track

We’re looking for someone with strong agency account management experience, ideally gained across retail environments, fashion, sportswear, lifestyle or consumer brands.

You’ll need excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness and a calm, proactive approach to managing clients and delivery.
