We are working with an established and technically focused Packaging artwork studio to help them find a Studio Manager to oversee and manage their team of artworkers on a daily basis, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality artwork.

As a Studio Manager with a strong packaging artwork background, you will oversee resource allocation on a daily basis, liaising with the account management team to ensure accurate interpretation of all briefs, providing QC support across all artwork produced. You will supervise, motivate, guide, and support the team on a daily basis, helping to create a collaborative and positive working environment.

You will also be tasked with helping to future-proof the studio in the face of ever-changing technology, embracing new ways of working, and diversifying their offering across digital print, profiling, and proofing.

Applicants will need to understand packaging artwork and repro/print inside out, and could come from either a technical agency background, a repro house, or a printers. The key to everything is your extensive knowledge of all things packaging.
