Our client is an established luxury architecture and interior design studio celebrated for crafting distinctive, highly personalised spaces that reflect each client’s lifestyle and individuality. Bringing together a talented team of 50 architects, interior designers, and technical specialists under one roof, the practice delivers a fully integrated design approach where architecture and interiors work seamlessly together to create cohesive, beautifully considered homes.
They are now looking to appoint a Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly creative designer with a sophisticated design eye, strong FF&E expertise, and proven experience delivering luxury residential projects from initial concept through to final installation.
In this role, you will develop compelling design schemes, mood boards, and client presentations that respond thoughtfully to each brief. You will take ownership of projects of varying scales, ensuring every stage is executed to the studio’s exceptional standards. Acting as a key representative of the business, you will build lasting client relationships and confidently present the studio’s vision and values externally.
Working collaboratively with the wider design and technical teams, you will oversee project delivery to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are consistently achieved. You will also play an important role in mentoring junior designers, encouraging both creativity and professional growth within the team.
The successful candidate will liaise closely with suppliers, artisans, and specialist partners to source and specify high-quality furniture, finishes, materials, and accessories. Alongside this, you will manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring smooth coordination and successful delivery throughout all project phases. Regular site visits and inspections will also form part of the role to maintain design integrity and oversee flawless execution on site.
We are seeking someone with extensive experience in high-end residential interiors, exceptional attention to detail, and a refined design sensibility. Advanced FF&E knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite are essential. Strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to inspire a creative team are equally important.
If you are an ambitious designer with a passion for creating beautifully crafted interiors and leading projects at the highest level, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your CV and portfolio to apply. This position offers one day of remote working per week.
