Our client is a Retail Design Studio in London, looking for an experienced Retail PM who has experience working on luxury campaigns in a build sense. You will be tasked with managing end-to-end delivery of creative retail display and visual merchandising projects. This is a hands-on, client-facing role, working across design and installation for projects ranging from bespoke pop-ups to displays to store designs. Their studio is based in London and they go into the office full time with some worldwide travel happening on occasion.

Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from initial client brief through to production, installation, and delivery
- Act as the main client contact, managing expectations, approvals, and relationships
- Brief 3D Designers and communicate designs to production teams
- Oversee sampling, materials, fabrication, costing, and production processes
- Plan timelines, critical paths, and installations
- Create and manage budgets, quotations, and cost tracking (Excel essential)
- Ensure quality, profitability, and smooth delivery across all projects
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar creative retail design environment
- Strong client-facing project management experience
- Experience with retail display / 3D visual merchandising
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Confident working independently and within a small, dynamic team
