A Design, Build, and Construction firm that does beautiful Retail refurbishments across the UK seeks a Design Project Manager with Construction experience in Retail environments. This firm is based in Spain, so being adept in Portuguese or Spanish is required for this position, whereby you will be liaising with the Spanish office who speak both Portuguese and Spanish, discussing any amendments needed to be done by the design team in Spain.
You will require a CSCS card and have completed the qualification for this, as well as knowing the health and safety procedures for the UK and Building regulations. Note if you need to renew your CSCS card, this will be covered by the company alongside your travel to site, food on those days, and accommodation if needed.
As you will be away from home for this role around the UK for up to 1 month at a time, it is imperative you have experience working within the Retail sector, doing refurbishments and design and builds in this sector. While this role is fully remote, you will be expected to be on-site with all expenses covered for up to 1 month at a time, depending on project length.
