A smallish design studio that does excellent work and is constantly busy with a great level of projects in its pipeline – in Commercial, Retirement, Retail and other sectors – is seeking a strong Architectural Technical Designer with Vectorworks fluency to add to their team.

Based in Central London the role would initially be 4 days in the office and 1 day can be done at home.

It is a top studio that does lovely work; you’ll be working on more than one project at a time, some of which are challenging but rewarding.

Key facets and requirements for the role include

  • Good knowledge of UK building regulations related to interior commercial fit‑out projects and a keen interest in developing our sustainability agenda within interior projects.
  • Confidence in producing thorough drawing packs with minimal oversight.
  • Co‑ordinate architectural elements with building services.
  • Experience running client or contractor meetings.

You’ll be working with a medium sized team of 15 persons or more and every day can be different.
