Our client is an award-winning luxury architecture and interior design practice known for delivering highly personal, timeless and character-rich spaces for an international private client portfolio. Their multidisciplinary studio brings together architects, interior designers and technical specialists who collaborate closely under one roof, allowing for a seamless and holistic approach to every project.
They are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their creative team. This opportunity would suit an individual with a strong eye for design, solid technical ability and a collaborative approach to working within a fast-paced studio environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of projects across the practice's luxury residential portfolio, supporting project leaders and architects from early concept stages through to detailed design development.
The role will involve preparing and developing drawings, models, visualisations and presentation material under the guidance of senior team members. You will contribute to the design process through research, sketching and digital modelling, while helping to explore and refine design options for internal review and project discussions. In addition, you will assist in producing clear and accurate technical information, supporting the coordination of design packages and helping maintain the studio's drawing standards, design procedures and high-quality expectations.
The successful applicant will also support the preparation of planning, tender and construction documentation as required, while actively participating in project reviews and contributing ideas to ensure the smooth progression of workflow across the team.
Candidates should hold a RIBA Part 2 qualification, or equivalent, and demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, spatial awareness and technical competence through a well-presented portfolio. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, while experience with SketchUp or Revit would be advantageous. A good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, is also required.
