This is an opportunity to join a growing Design consultancy with an impressive client list, in a hands-on Account Manager (SAM) role, working across luxury, hospitality, and residential clients. Sitting at the heart of the studio, you’ll play a key part in shaping how projects are delivered and how the agency continues to evolve, with real scope to put your stamp on the work and the way the studio operates.
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple branding, digital, and print projects end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact for clients while working closely with designers, strategists, web teams, and external suppliers. From briefing the studio and steering creative output through to supporting cost proposals, pitches, and award submissions, you’ll ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard.
This role requires confidence in client-facing situations, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness. Experience within, or a strong interest in, luxury, hospitality, or residential/real estate sectors is essential, along with a solid understanding of branding projects, print production, and web development processes.
