Our client is a specialist within immersive exhibitions, museums, attractions, and theme parks, so experience in this sector is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior QS who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, client interaction, and working on fast-paced projects within a close-knit and supportive team. The role also offers excellent prospects for career progression.

You will take full ownership of your projects, running them day-to-day from initial inception through to successful completion. Representing the business professionally in client, contractor, and design team meetings with travel to project sites across the UK & Europe will also be necessary.

It’s essential that you have at least 6+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and a strong background in fast-paced, high-volume fit-out projects (ranging from £100K to £7 Million) delivering immersive exhibitions, museums, attractions, theme parks, and branded destinations. Only applicants with this experience in these sectors will be considered, and ideally, you will also be Chartered (MRICS) or working towards chartership.

This is an amazing opportunity to work with a creative agency helping the team develop branded destinations for a position that could be fully remote unless meeting clients or visiting site.
