We are working with a Surrey based hi-end Interior Design agency to help them find a Studio/Office Manager to help run their busy studio.

This is an office based role that offers no hybrid working.

This is a key support role in ensuring that the agency functions in a smooth way on a daily basis and the scope of the role is broad.

You will provide daily operational support, facilities management, diary management/PA support, greet studio visitors, assist with project logistics, and order daily office supplies, as well as organise company social events.

Booking and onboarding freelancers, ensuring H&S compliance, along with liaising with the IT Support company will also come under your remit.

Essentially, you will be the go to person with regard to anything that is happening within the agency from an operational perspective.

This is an exciting opportunity and requires an individual with a strong office/studio management background, someone who is quick and keen to learn, is enthusiastic, can multi-task and is a real people person.

If you have the skills outlined above and a couple of years of experience within a similar creative environment, then we are keen to hear from you.
