We are excited to offer a fantastic permanent opportunity for a midweight FF&E designer with our client, a renowned international restaurant brand located in central London. This role provides the chance to work on innovative and iconic projects, with involvement from concept through to completion. This role involves contributing to the presentation of a strong, unique design concept, using mood boards and offering innovative FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) suggestions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for discovering the best suppliers and sourcing unique content, with a keen eye for design, art, and materials across various eras, regions, and styles. A key aspect of the role is diving into the details. You will be responsible for creating highly detailed and accurate FF&E schedules that showcase all relevant items, including furniture, curtains, lighting, artwork, and accessories. You will also manage the coordination of all FF&E procurement, ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and technical specifications. Additionally, the role involves managing the coordination of FF&E deliveries and installations, with knowledge of shipping logistics being a bonus. Occasional overseas site visits will be required to meet suppliers. Furthermore, you will play an essential role in managing global project installations, overseeing dressing and styling to ensure the final result is polished and cohesive. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign). High proficiency in Excel. Freehand sketching or knowledge of SketchUp (desirable). Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (desirable).
