We are seeking a talented Interior Architect to join our client, a London based design studio with a creative and dynamic team of talented architects and interior designers. Their passion lies in truly understanding both the needs and opportunities that each project presents and they strive to make the environments they design user friendly, inclusive, accessible and to have a positive impact on people’s well being.
This position requires someone of high midweight or low senior level with a proven background focused within interior architecture and working within the hospitality and/or residential sectors, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in detailed design and documentation. They should be proficient in all stages of project development, from schematic design through to final fit-out, with a deep understanding of architectural interior detailing. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent design presentation skills.
A strong technical skillset, including proficiency in Vectorworks, as well as experience with Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp, is essential. We are looking for a proactive and resourceful individual who is highly organised and detail-oriented. The successful candidate will be comfortable collaborating on a variety of projects and highly capable of producing comprehensive drawing packages including design intent, general arrangements, and construction details. They will also be responsible for developing compelling design concepts and presentation, ensuring exceptional quality.
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement with two to three days working from home each week. They also offer flexible start and finish times.
