For this position applicants must have experience having worked within an Architectural Practice or Interior Design Consultancy only.
This role is hybrid based in London but will require the successful candidate to travel to Oman on a regular basis for this prestigious award winning company who have a flair for creating contemporary award-winning projects and seeking an experience Executive Assistance who must have experience with bid support.
Working closely with there Managing Director on a day-to-day basis, managing diary, correspondence, travel and meeting arrangements along with managing the small London studio.
You will Coordinate and help produce bid proposals and pitch documents: gather content from design teams, put together In Design files and presentations, proofread submissions, track deadlines and liaise with business development/marketing.
You will be happy using AI tools confidently to speed up drafting, research, formatting and other administrative tasks between our clients four global offices, keeping communication smooth across time zones.
Juggle multiple concurrent tasks and priorities and handle sensitive/confidential Imperative that you will a solid understanding of the design process and how architects work; this is an administrative role, so design skills are not required.
