A Design studio that works across the EMEA region with offices across the UK seeks a Remote Junior Project Manager. Working remotely in the UK, you will be expected to travel across various time zones to different countries to help on installs and project management, whereby you will be doing the administration and scheduling of different designs and builds.

Some of the aspects to the role include:

  • Installation Coordination & On-Site Support: Plan, schedule, and book installers for nationwide & European campaigns, ensuring the right resource is in the right place at the right time.
  • Build and maintain detailed installation schedules, communicating clearly with installers, centres, clients, and internal teams.
  • Attend installations on site as required to oversee activity, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe and high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate logistics including delivery of materials, access requirements, installation documentation, and site reporting.
  • Capture completion photos, site updates, and installation reports for internal and client use.
