A London-based architectural project management practice that specializes in high-end luxury retail fit-outs for prestigious brands across Europe is seeking a strong Architectural Project Manager to add to their team.

You will have direct experience leading projects through RIBA Stages 2-7 from design development to handover, managing retail fit-out projects valued from Β£350k to Β£2 million+.

  • Good working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, and hands-on experience with Building Control submissions for Retail premises.
  • Practical understanding of UK Building Regulations and good experience working with UK and EU markets.
  • Strong technical literacy - ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Good understanding of luxury retail fit-out standards, finishes, and installation methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail.
