We are working with a well established, London based, interior design agency to help them find an experienced EA to help support their CEO on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract, with a start date of early March.
You will need to be an experienced EA with a background of working within Interior design studios or Architectural practices. You will be supporting the CEO across both professional and personal aspects, from diary, travel, email management and admin support through to producing meeting notes, document creation and helping to manage internal and external agency events.
Applicants must have a strong EA background, be comfortable under pressure, be a good communicator and be highly organised.
