We are working with an award-winning creative agency seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to work with a wide range of global clients across events, experiential and retail to deliver immersive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a mixture of projects from start to finish, leading the project from the initial brief through to on-site delivery.
  • Maintain excellent client liaison and account management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and the in-house fabrication team to ensure project requirements are met, with an understanding of CAD Design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication and interpersonal skills; build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Negotiate budgets and timelines effectively to deliver high-quality immersive experiences; join a highly collaborative and creative team with potential career progression.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience within similar sectors (events, experiential, retail) with an understanding of CAD Design.
  • Ability to liaise directly with clients, as well as subcontractors and the in-house fabrication team.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
