We're working with a growing creative agency looking to bring in a commercially minded Finance Administrator to support their project and delivery teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers as much as people.
You'll play a key role in building and managing project budgets, tracking performance, and helping ensure projects run smoothly from brief through to completion. Sitting at the centre of the team, you'll work closely with account management and production, providing clear commercial oversight and insight across a range of creative projects.
You'll be responsible for managing budgets from initial estimate through to final delivery, monitoring performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and feeding back into the wider team to support better decision making. Alongside this, you'll help refine and improve commercial tools, reporting, and processes, as well as prepare clear and detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
They're looking for someone with experience managing budgets within a project or commercial environment, who is highly organised, detail driven, and confident working with data.
