We are working with a small high-end interior design agency to help them find a maternity cover Office/HR Manager for their Central London studio, starting from the beginning of September 2026.

This role will be a 12-month fixed-term contract, and will cover day-to-day office management duties, IT support liaison, business admin support and HR support.

From the office management perspective, you will oversee the daily running of the studio and be the main point of contact for all office related queries; managing suppliers and service providers, coordinating maintenance and facilities management, ensuring H&S requirements are adhered to, assisting with internal events and providing general admin support across the business.

The HR function will involve providing daily HR support to team; managing the recruitment process (from writing job specs and co-ordinating interviews to managing offers and contracts), overseeing the onboarding of new starters, maintaining HR records, and helping to organise team building days and Christmas parties.

You will also liaise with their external IT support company to help ensure IT issues are resolved in a timely manner.
