We are working with a small interior design agency with offices globally to help them find an HR/Office Manager for their Central London studio. This role will provide support to the Studio Director to cover both day to day HR and Office Management duties.
The HR function will involve providing daily HR support to the London team; managing the recruitment process (from writing job specs to offers and contracts), coordinating onboarding of new starters, maintaining HR records, updating HR policies, and supporting managers with employee relations.
From the office management perspective, you will oversee the daily running of the studio and be the main point of contact for all office related queries; managing suppliers and service providers, coordinating maintenance and facilities management, ensuring H&S requirements are adhered to, assisting with internal events and providing general admin support across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of HR best practice and a background in a creative, design studio environment to make a real difference in a busy, creative, and growing interior design agency.
