A London-based architectural project management practice who specialise in high-end luxury retail fit-outs for prestigious brands across Europe is after a strong Architectural Project Manager to add to their team.
You will have direct experience leading projects through RIBA Stages 2-7 from design development to handover, managing retail fit-out projects valued from £350k to 2 million+.
- Good working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, and hands-on experience with Building Control submissions for retail premises.
- Practical understanding of UK Building Regulations and good experience working with UK and EU markets.
- Strong technical literacy - ability to read and coordinate architectural structural and MEP drawings.
- Good understanding of luxury retail fit-out standards, finishes, and installation methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail.
This role is based in zone 1 London and is office-based with site-based meetings.
