We are excited to offer a fantastic permanent opportunity for an FF&E Procurement Coordinator to join the in-house design team of a globally recognised hospitality brand. Renowned for creating interiors that are luxurious, eclectic, and visually striking, this team is behind some of the most iconic restaurant spaces worldwide.
We are looking for a procurement professional with proven experience in FF&E purchasing within design-led environments—someone who is passionate about sourcing exceptional pieces and managing the process with precision from concept to completion.

Oversee global shipping and logistics, including the preparation of documentation and handling of import/export procedures.
Reconcile project spending in partnership with the finance team.
Support refurbishment projects as needed.
Maintain and manage inventory at the UK storage facility, ensuring it is organised and up to date.

Outstanding knowledge of procurement and logistics process and costs.
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
