We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Director to join an independent creative studio specialising in retail environments, branded spaces and physical brand experiences for some of the world’s leading brands.
Working across fashion, sportswear, lifestyle and consumer sectors, the studio combines strategy, creativity and spatial design to deliver everything from flagship stores and retail concepts to pop-ups and immersive brand experiences.
This is a senior role focused on driving new business, building strategic relationships and creating long-term growth opportunities. You’ll identify opportunities with brands investing in their physical retail presence, develop relationships with senior decision-makers and turn conversations into valuable client partnerships.
Working closely with the studio’s leadership and creative teams, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the new business strategy, develop new markets and play a key role in the agency’s continued growth.
What we’re looking for:
- A proven track record of winning new business within retail design, branded environments, experiential or a related creative industry.
- Strong understanding of retail spaces, store development, pop-ups and brand activations.
- Established relationships with senior brand, marketing and retail decision-makers.
- A strategic, commercially driven approach to developing opportunities and converting new business.
