We are working with a Hertfordshire based creative agency that specialises in the delivery of large format graphics to help find them a Business Administrator. This role will be office based 5 days a week. The role will focus on 3 key areas: vendor/supplier management, business admin, and bookkeeping/accounting support. You will manage the daily relationship with all the agency’s suppliers and vendors, from comparing and evaluating supplier offers and negotiating contracts and terms to placing and tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery, and reviewing the quality of purchased products. On the business admin side, you will work closely alongside the directors to review and manage business systems and processes that will ensure all projects run an efficient and timely manner. You will help implement and oversee project governance and provide administrative support across all projects. Finally, you will help with the bookkeeping side of the business, ensuring that all transactions including expenses, sales, invoices, and payments are recorded accurately. Applicants must be highly organised, efficient, and skilled at multi-tasking. No 2 days will be the same and you must be a real self-starter and proactive in your approach to work. Ideally, You must have a business administration background within a smaller, privately owned, creative industry business, including some bookkeeping experience.
