We are seeking a Senior or Associate level Interior Architect on behalf of our client, an international interior design practice that delivers exceptional spaces for luxury developments, creating immersive interiors that enrich experience, inspire connection, and leave a lasting impression.

The Senior or Associate Interior Architect leads the delivery of projects from RIBA Stage 3 through completion, while supporting the development of Stages 1 and 2 alongside the Interior Design team. They are responsible for producing high-quality technical design information, assessing project feasibility, coordinating external consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Working closely with the Directors, they manage multiple hospitality and mixed-use projects, oversee internal teams and external consultants, and maintain project quality, programmes, and resources. They build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mentoring team members
  • Coordinating project delivery
  • Managing technical documentation and tender packages
  • Overseeing drawing production and reviews
  • Supporting planning and costing
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations and company standards
  • Leading site meetings during construction
  • Managing RFIs
  • Coordinating consultants
  • Monitoring progress
  • Overseeing snagging and handover
  • Providing regular updates to Directors

The successful candidate will have strong Revit skills, ideally with experience working to LOD 300 standards, and a proven background delivering hospitality or hotel projects. Excellent technical, coordination, communication, and leadership skills across all RIBA stages are essential.
