The predicted salary is between 30000 - 70000 £ per year.

A client of mine is after an Interior Architect or Part II Architect or Architectural Designer or even Architect whereby they are paying up to £50k p/a for this position. You will be working on interesting heritage buildings with a commercial client who is a retailer doing refurbishments from scratch all the way through to completion.

This role would suit someone architecturally trained, with hybrid working out of a London office. It is imperative you have loads of experience working on UK projects in a commercial sense, with some PM exposure too and a good technical eye as this role is highly technical.

It is ideal you have Vectorworks proficiency but those with Autocad may also be considered. Do get apply with CV within.
