We’re working with a creative events and brand experience business that delivers insight-led experiences for global brands and audiences. They’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key client relationships, oversee complex live projects from brief through to delivery, and help drive long-term account growth. This is a role for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, building trusted client partnerships while guiding multidisciplinary teams across creative, content, production, logistics and digital.

You’ll be responsible for leading projects end-to-end, managing budgets and timelines, shaping audience experiences, and ensuring work is delivered to an exceptionally high standard. There’s also a strong focus on innovation, collaboration and bringing fresh thinking into every stage of the process.

The ideal background will include:

  • Strong agency experience across events, experiential, brand experience or integrated communications
  • Proven experience leading complex projects and managing senior client relationships
