Job Description
A prestigious, internationally acclaimed interior design studio based in London is seeking a skilled Senior FF&E Designer to join its dynamic creative team. Renowned for crafting sophisticated, high-end hospitality interiors, this studio is celebrated for its innovation, elegance, and meticulous attention to detail.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate designer with a flair for luxury aesthetics and a deep understanding of FF&E to contribute to award-winning projects in the global hospitality sector.
About the Role:
As a Senior FF&E Designer, you will be responsible for managing the full FF&E process from initial concept through to installation. This includes coordinating all FF&E information, maintaining project budgets and schedules, and ensuring seamless execution on-site. You will prepare complete FF&E schemes, mood boards, and material presentations, and handle the documentation of specifications through to the final installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FF&E design process from concept development through to final install.
- Prepare and present full FF&E schemes, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Ensure the FF&E programme and budget are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and the project team to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Produce detailed specifications and oversee the documentation process.
- Maintain a high level of creative excellence while ensuring the project’s vision is consistently delivered.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in luxury hospitality design, with a strong portfolio inclluding high-end hotel, restaurant, or bar projects.
- Proven expertise in an FF&E-focused role at a senior level.
- Creative flair with the ability to develop cohesive design concepts and material schemes.
- Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with external suppliers.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
