Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior FF&E Designer to join the team of a globally renowned interiors consultancy, celebrated for its high-end, meticulously crafted hospitality projects. Specialising in large-scale, luxury hotels around the world, this design studio is known for pushing creative boundaries and delivering exceptional quality. Their mission is to create designs that inspire and make a positive impact on everyone who experiences them.
Working closely with their Associates and Senior Project Managers, you’ll lead the FF&E process, mentor junior designers, and help shape a collaborative, high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where creativity, organisation, and communication are key.
In this role, you will lead the creative direction and FF&E development across multiple luxury hospitality projects. You’ll research and develop materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories to create cohesive and distinctive design concepts. From concept to completion, you will manage project delivery while coordinating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
You will also oversee design documentation, presentations, and specifications, maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy throughout the process. In addition, you’ll mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and upholds high design standards.
Applicants must have a keen eye for materials, detail, and composition, complemented by proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and ideally AutoCAD.
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. You lead with both confidence and creativity, ensuring every project reflects excellence in design and execution.
